Roy Snyder recently wrote: "How about setting up a
separate category for the 'Honeymooners', those celebrating their fiftieth
reunion. Ask each one to send a family photograph taken at their fiftieth and
tell a little about where they went and what they did. We probably had a batch
on June 2, 3 and 4 and more will come in the next few years." What a great
idea! I'll post these alphabetically and kick it off with our wedding date.

We enjoyed a small family anniversary at home in New London, NH; surrounded
by well wisher cards and flowers. A preanniversarynuptual luncheon at Phillips
Academy in Andover, MA was enjoyed with the Wrights, the Bixbys and Bob Murphy.
Our original wedding party, with crossed swords, included Ken Bixby, Burt
Weymouth, Bill Wright, Chuck Mull, Dan Mayo, Ray Parmer and Stan Neander.

"We went to Hawaii for 16 days just before Christmas. Hit
Oahu, Maui and Hawaii. Had a great time. Had lunch with the Hawaiian gang at the
Hale Koa, and had dinner with Ron, Jane and Jackie Hays. Bets loves the islands
so we will be there for the 55th if there is any possible way of doing it. The
picture was taken at a dinner at Fergies Restaurant on the 30th. Marsh Treado
and Charlie Cooper from our wedding party were there. And Tom Noble at whose
wedding we met was also there. Our children and grandchildren were able to
attend and they took care of the details and decorations at the party. Best

Phil Ryan sent this in 5/18/01. Phil and Bets Ryan, Hank and
Nancy Hancock and Tom and Eleanor Noble shared an interesting matrimonial past.
Phil and Hank met their wives on June 28, 1950, at Tom and Eleanor's wedding.
The Ryan's wedding date was 12/30/50; the Hancocks 12/29/50. The three couples
got together last month for a triple anniversary party.
