Class Graduation - Dahlgren Hall

This may be the only photo of the class as a whole,
contributed by George Deranian, and photographed by the USNA Photo Lab.
Enlargement of this thumbnail picture may enable some of you with good eyesight
to spot yourself on this historic occasion. (Just select the photo, hit the left
mouse button, wait a moment for it to develop, hit the expansion box in the
lower right hand corner of the picture for full expansion, and then scroll right
or left.) Those graduating with distinction (100) are seated in the first three
rows; the remainder alphabetically by company. I was in the 35th Company, and am
seated in the second row from the right rear beside Bob Babcock and in front of
Stan Neander. This is where we tossed our caps, and I ended up with Walt Flint's
which I kept for years, though it was too large for this pin head.
